I'm pretty certain my new C7 hub is defective. The light never comes on at all. I've tried swapping the cord, the power supply, and then both. Is there anything I can try? How can I get another one as quickly as possible? I have everything ready to migrate from my C4 hub except a glowing power light on my C7.
