C7 with yesterday's update.
Hi guys and gals, I am having a problem with a specific scene button. I try to follow the steps. When I go to settings and then zigbee details, there is no selection button for rebuild network. So I get stuck there.
I have a screenshot but I see no where to post it.
The selections available are:
Add device
X disable
View logs
And view device graph
Am I missing something?

The 'Rebuild Network' button is only available on C-8 and C-8 Pro hubs.
If you are experiencing issues pairing a Zigbee device with your C-7 hub, you can try the following steps:
- Remove the device battery and wait for 1 minute before reinserting it.
- Reboot your C-7 hub.
- Once the C-7 web interface is responsive after the reboot, try pairing the Zigbee device while it is close to the hub.

Thanks, I will try that one too. It could just be the one device, but I purchased them on the same order, go figure. If I still have a problem, I will just send that one back.
The simplest way to post a screenshot is to copy it to your clipboard and then paste directly into your forum post.

You just need to join the Owners Group to post images.
Is the button not pairing to the hub, or just not working after it is paired?

Probably worth clarifying exactly what you are trying to achieve with the button... And some other details...
Like @chrisbvt posted, are you trying to pair a new Zigbee button device and having trouble doing that?
Also, what manufacturer / model device are you working with?
Re the screenshot, I'm sure others are on the right path getting that working, being a member of the owners group and copying and pasting into a post.

Thanks. I will give it a try.
The button pairs fine, it is not communicating with the hub afterwards. Push, double tap, and hold do not register. That's ok, I will just send the one back to Amazon.
