The most annoying thing about these remotes is that if the alignment tab was lower, you could make a mount kept it centered on a switch plate really easily, albeit that it would still stick out instead of sitting flush in the switch plate. The Eria switches are a nice alternative since they fit in the decora slot, however I was able to get 5 Hue dimmers for $25 (total) on eBay, so it was hard to justify spending the extra coin.
One of the big reasons I like Picos ... love the integrated look , but comes at the added cost of Lutron hub.
