and for no reason as far as the logs go... Not sure what's going on @gopher.ny could you have a look at it?
@bravenel it turns out the power socket on the board is loose, is this covered under the Hub Protect subscription?

We had a bunch of these at one point, but our manufacturing partner has since strengthened that connector.
I got this C5 when they first came out so I it took this long for mine to go bad. Thankfully I am using the zigbee/zwave dongle that I had for my C4 hub back then and that's what I am using now so a new hub is just connecting the dongle up again and nothing lost.. whew! I'll email support today then.
