I don't see a way to add HPM or Community Drivers

I have had my C8 for a while now, but over the holiday I decided to manually move over all my devices that were capable (So long Iris V1). Had lots of fun doing it and found a few devices I had forgotten about.

Getting back to my question. Does anyone know why I can't add any Custom Apps or Custom Drivers? I didn't migrate this so I can't bring all my apps over and would like to rebuild them with HPM.

Odd Hubitat doesn't have HPM in the Apps | Add built in apps button.
Go here and get HPM installed first.

Because HPM is a community app, not maintained by Hubitat.

I thought it was adopted as a standard like WebCore.
Guess not.
