That didnt work either

Assume you're setting up a new hub?

Where did you see that it's registered?

Press the network reset on the bottom of the hub for 7 seconds with a toothpic of paperclip. It will be the only round hole out of all the square ones. Once that happenes wait 5 mins and see if you can get to hubitat.local , and if you can't look inside your router at the DHCP assigned addresses and compare the mac address' with the hub.

Please describe your home networking setup. Problems like this re often a result of having two “routers” on the network, creating a “double NAT” situation. For example, if you have an ISP provided modem + router combination unit, and then add your own router/WiFi system to it, you may have a double NAT situation. If you plugged the Hubitat hub into the ISP supplied hardware, and the connected your phone/laptop to your own router/WiFi system, then it would be very hard to “see” your Hubitat hub as the two devices are on completely different TCP/IP networks.
