FWIW, the other hubs I’ve tried have also needed reboots when resources got low. I’m really not sure why this isn’t a standard house keeping feature on hubs.

I've been meaning to write this app for a while, and finally got around to it today - this app is standalone and requires no additional drivers. It supports Hub Security and allows you to configure polling intervals and reboot window.
