Hunter Douglas Powerview

Have a HE installed in a home with a pile of HD shades. All were working fine, until recently, and they just stopped working. Verified in the HD powerview app that the shades are functioning properly within the app. I've got the IP address of the Hub in the HE app correct. When I look at logs, the app is trying to get state from the HD hub, but it's coming back destination host unreachable.
Any thoughts? did HD publish a FW update that blocks 3P integration?

Did you reboot the hub? 9/10 I have an issue with the shades it's with the HD HUB
