Hue RGB bulb color change not working

C8 user here using the hue bulb color & white (without hue hub)

Any way to have in dashboard and bulb setting like and RGB wheel to easy change colour?

Or should I use the hue app somehow?

Any further tips to get most of out of hue bulbs?

I really don’t use the Dashboard app for this. I use Apple Home.
