Hue Motion Sensor Reports Illuminesence Even When Disabled

I've noticed that the Hue motion sensor is reporting lux even when I turned it off in the driver. It reports every 5 minutes, change in lux or not.

Ah good - saved me making a post. Me too! Disable setting on device page basically does not work.

So you disabled it and then restarted the hub and it’s still reporting after the hub is restarted and the device is still disabled?

I wouldn't have expected to have to do that. Other drivers manage to change their configuration without restarting the hub.

Nonetheless I tried that suggestion, restarted the hub and it went right back to reporting luminance every 5 mins
