Hue loop crashed hub

I have hue bulbs installed in my bathroom and they are paired directly to the hubitat (no hue hub/bridge involved). They are controlled by a motion lighting rule and 2 rule machine rules. Last night in the middle of the night they wouldn’t turn off, so my wife flipped the switch on the wall. After that it looks like the hub went into some sort of loop.

Looking at the logs it repeatedly was trying to set the color and brightness of all the bulbs every second or two. I turned the switch back on this morning, and the lights turned on but they did not change as the hubitat was commanding them to.

Ultimately the hubitat became increasingly unresponsive and I issued a reboot command. The hub shutdown (or at least the web interface shutdown) but did not come back up - i’ve Waited about 15 min now.

This has been happening more frequently also. If i reboot the hub or it loses power I won’t be able to get back to the web interface. Usually i have to physically unplug the hub (often takes a couple tries) before it starts back up again.

Probably going to need to see all the rules for those lights, I'd guess there's some in them that's causing this.
