Hue lights now showing up in Apps

A few days ago, I added three Hue lights to my system. I was going to add the Hue lights to groups and scenes. I use the groups and scenes to trigger the lights to come on and off depending on modes. As I was adding the Hue lights to my groups, I noticed some groups would include the lights, and some did not. All of the Hue lights show in the Hue App.

Is this a bug, or must I do something specific for the groups and scenes I use to show the option to check these new Hue lights?

If these are existing groups, did you press the refresh button in the groups app?

This is rather embarrassing. Until you mentioned the refresh button, I don't think I ever noticed it. I bet there is more stuff I've missed in this app.
