I have noticed this too and recently switched all my rules over to cocohue and uninstalled the native hue integration. All of my problems with Hubitat -> hue (lights not turning on, dimming or color not correct) now resolved. Iām very surprised by much this improved it.
I trigger a lot of hue lights with my zwave sensors in Hubitat and had only used cocohue for the dynamic scenes until now
