So this is CoCoHue and not the built-in integration?
From the app error, it sounds like you have a mismatch of app and driver versions. Did you use HPM to install? If so, try a re-pair. If you did a manual install, make sure you got all files, or try again, maybe using the Bundle install (the .ZIP file) to make sure nothing was missed.
I also don't see the error from your first post anywhere in these screenshots, but if that's just from one particular group, adding debug logs from the Bridge device may shed additional light.
