Hue - Color change lights in loop during alarm

So I would like to setup 2 different rules and unsure how.

First I would like to control a set of hue lights and turn them into strobes in bright white while my alarm is triggered with intruder. and then return to the normal state when the intruder is cleared.

Second I would like another outside light to alternate between red and blue while the same happens and return to original state once cleared.

Can't seem to wrap my head around rule machine.

This isn't exactly what you asked for but I had this setup so it may help get you started. I'm not sure you'll be able to get a strobe effect without actually using a strobe light. I don't think the lights will respond fast enough for a true strobe effect.

It does alternate the colors while alarming.
