I have a C-3 with its respective Nortek USB adapter currently being used as a secondary hub with some less important integrations.
I'm thinking repurposing this hub for the cottage. I noticed the HubProtect service mentions that the ZWave.me supports the Z-Wave radio backup functionality and I have one of these laying around.
Can I use the ZWave.me adapter in the C-3 instead of the Nortek? and if so, will the HubProtect support the Z-Wave radio backup feature on this setup? the documentation only mentions C-4 & C-5.
Finally, if this is supported, do Z-Wave radio backups of the ZWave.me radio work on a C-7 radio? or does the hardware needs to be the same?
