Hubmesh not seeing new hub [Solved]

I have three hubs (1 C3 and 2 C7s) that are connected with hubmesh. I am trying to add a 4th hub (C7) but none of the other hubs see it in hubmesh and it doesn't see the others.

They are all on the same subnet (192.168.30.x).

They are all setup to use UDP.

Not sure what I am missing.

Nevermind... I just rebooted all four hubs and now they see each other
