Hubitat wouldn't work while there was no internet

Good day everyone,

Yesterday my internet was out for an hour and opening doors or windows in the house wouldn't actuate the piezo buzzers I have in different spots thru the house.

My Hubitat is linked to Sharptools just for the tiles and I totally understand why that wouldn't work but why the piezo buzzers wouldn't?

What could be the problem, maybe something in my setup?
