Hubitat Web UI not accessible and no devices responding

Hi,
today my Hubitat stopped working completly. I can't access the WEB interface of hubitat through the local IP address and all my devices stopped to respond.
The green LED on the Hubitat is on, it is connected via LAN cable to my network, but my router no longer finds it. Under [portal.hubitat.com ] it is still detected, but when trying to open the WEB Interface, no luck. Same for the diagnostics menu (port 8081).
I unplugged the USB power cable to restart the Hubitat, but without success.
Any idea where to start investigating would be highly appreciated.

Did you have a static IP set on the Hub itself? You may need to do a network reset (This only resets it to DHCP, nothing else is changed): Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation

I don't know if I set a static IP on the Hub. I set a static IP in my router though.
I did the Network Reset, the front LED turned blue (guess restarting) and then green. Then my router detected the hubitat on my local network, but still no luck accessing the WEB UI.

Are you trying to access it via the IP shown on the router interface? If the LED is green at a minimum the diagnostic should be available on 8081. Are you sure the device you are connecting from is on the same subnet/vlan and not being blocked from connecting somehow?

Yes, I am using the IP shown by my router, which is also the same it has been in the pas. My PC and the Hub are both connected via LAN to the same router, so on the same local network. 8081 unfortunately is also not accessible.

@joldrack

Can you also use an incognito browser window while connecting to your hub?

Finally, because the microUSB connector is fragile, it is better to disconnect power from the outlet end than by unplugging the microUSB connector.

Just now, after ~5min after the Network Reset, the router lost the connection to the Hub again.

Double check your ethernet cable (or try a new one).
Swap out the power supply and cord as well. Be careful with connection at the hub, as stated original C7 models have a chance to break off internally (has since been fixed).

Seems trivial, but I can recall at least once where this solved the problem.

Also, once the router can see the hub try sending it a ping, I tested mine and it does respond to pings normally.

Swapped the power supply and ethernet. One of the two seemed to have done the trick! I am able to access the Hub Web interface. I'll monitor if the connection stays stable.
Thanks @jtp10181 and @aaiyar for helping out in no time!
