I have three Konneted.io GDO White Garage Door Openers.
Generally, they are serviceable and useful. Except as noted here.
I've had and resolved several issues where a GDO will go off-line and blink the blue light of disconnection. We'll call it a BB.
One fix was WiFi interference, changed channel.
Another fix was Konnected.io firmware updates and matching the Hubitat bundle.
I now associate performing a Hubitat Update with one or more of the GDO's going Blue Blink (BB). A perfectly happy GDO will go BB after a Hubitat update.
The three GDOs will be behaving well. I do an update and one or two will go BB on me.
I update software on the Hubitat and next time I want to access a GDO, it ignores me and is in BB mode.
The last update did one in, in the past I've seen two go BB after an update.
I only recently associated the occurrence of a BB with the Hubitat Update.
It is hard to test this since Hubiat updates happen when they do and a BB event is always unexpected. I'm going to be very wary next time Hubitat offers an update.
So, where is the fault? Hubitat, Konnected, network, or gremlins?
Any ideas?
