Hello. About a month into HE C8. I have bulbs (mixture of brands), plugs (Innr) and physical switches (Sonoff), and virtual. Zigbee only. All drivers up to date. Network is solid. Doing basic rules, rooms and Alexa. System in general works beautifully.
An issue that I've come across is I have a room... Turning the room on via virtual switch works fine. But a single plug (INNR SP 244) in the group fails WHEN used via Alexa to turn off the room via virtual switch. Fwiw, using generic Zigbee outlet.
Oddly, if I ask Alexa to turn off the switch directly, it works. Although in live logs I don't see an event, which bothers me. Maybe I should have logging on somewhere but I don't.
Another odd fact, within Alexa it shows the plug, although the type: is a light... not a plug. It does not allow me to adjust it. Not sure it matters.
I've removed the device from the HE Alexa app, then added again to no avail.
Again, apologize if I'm missing something obvious. To date have had a lot of success tinkering etc and working through the support documentation or looking at other discussions. But this one stumped me.
For simplicity I created room with the single device in question and post code below via Alexa and via direct control in Rooms App.
