I was having issues with this app. The child devices do not show as individual devices but show under Ring API. Is there a way to force remove the app, drivers and devices and be able to do a clean install. I tried to remove app using the steps listed (remove from apps and HPM) and it seems some of the devices are still lingering but not showing on device page.
Any help would be appreciated
There can't be a device if it's not showing in your "Devices" list -- that's the authoritative list. Do you have any search/filter terms at the top of the page? Otherwise, removing the devices from there, the app from the "Apps" list, and the uninstalling the app and driver code either manually or via HPM (you'll need to un-match if you do it without HPM knowing--but you may see a more helpful error message if being in use is the problem) should work...
If you still have the app installed, you can also go to its app status page (gear icon at the top right when it's open or next to the app in the list) and look for the "Child Devices" section, which would also show you any it has created.
