I think this is the thing you need to solve...

I did update the repo package recently to try and include a HTML file that I originally had the driver download, which did not go to plan...
Perhaps my inclusion of the HTML file in the HPM package definition has had other unintended consequences...
I haven't got back to looking at resolving that issue, but it would be surprising if it caused your issue....
Happy to work through it with you if you are still having issues...
