Hubitat mobile app fails to scan z-wave LR QR codes

When trying to add two different z-wave LR devices…

Tried to scan QR code from two different z-wave LR devices in mobile app and fails 100% of the time, ie: doesn’t read QR code.

On same mobile device, I have two other QR scanning apps, both of which work 100% of the time when scanning the QR codes from each device, so the issue appears to be something with the HE mobile app.

Using Hubitat mobile app version 2.1.4.07
App hasn’t been updated in over 2 years…is it still being supported?

Is this a known issue?

Any suggestions?

I’ve had to use an iPad instead. It’s as if the camera will only focus far away when using the app, so the QR code is too small at the focal distance and too blurry when closer.

I have the same problem. The app is not capable of utilizing the camera zoom, and seems to be incapable of even focusing the camera. It’s pathetic. I have had to take a photo with the camera app and display it on my laptop for the Hubitat app the be able to scan.
