Hubitat misidentification of Enbrighten Plug-in Smart Switch 55249

I picked up an Enbrighten 55249 Plug-in Z-Wave Smart Switch, dual simultaneous control, link to device below. It added with some minor trouble (see ++ below) using S2 security, but was misidentified by Hubitat as a "Jasco ZWave Dual Outlet". Further two child (switch) devices were created.

Using the Jasco driver, the main unit had no switch control functionality (no on or off buttons) and interaction with the child devices did not affect the actual switch state.

I manually set the device driver to "GE Enbrighten Z-Wave Smart Switch" and the main device then had an on-off capability that does work as expected (affecting both plugs simultaneously). However there are still two "dead" child devices I cannot seem to remove.

While the device has two plugs, per all the documentation and the actual manual control button on the device, the plugs together are acting as one device/unit.

++ Minor trouble: it took two zwave inclusion attempts, and I had to reboot the hub after the successful add due to all zwave functionality on the hub failing. May be related may be coincidental.

Data from the main device:

Set driver for Device, the cliick delete all child device, states, and jobs. Set driver back to the one that worked. Click save, then click configure.

I do not see any option to delete anything with either the Jasco or Enbrighten drivers.

Change the driver to DEVICE, click save. Delete etc. Change driver back. Click save. Click configure
