Hubitat Integration w/ Vivint Question

I just started in the last few weeks adding devices and dashboards to my Hubitat System. All my devices are Shelly 2MP & 1MP. I like the way they operate so far. I have integrated Open Weather into my dashboard and am now ready to integrate my Vivint system. I also have 3 separate Vivint systems on this property. I mainly want to control Vivint door locks, Arm/Disarm, and see alerts on Hubitat Dashboard,

I have looked at too many option so now I am confused about which direction I am going for integration. My questions:
1. Is it easier and/or more reliable to integrate Vivint using Home Assistant rather than Node.js method?
2. Is it easier and/or more reliable to use HA green or yellow rather than RPI or mini computer?
3. Do I need to install 3 different Hubitat hubs and 3 different HA hardware devices? All my wi-fi is running on wireless bridge setup by my internet carrier with a separate router for each building.
4. Should I just leave things alone and not integrate Hubitat, HA, and Vivnt?

My goal was to use everything in one app but since no response I am leaning toward using the Vivint App for security and Hubitat for Lights/Automations.

Likely the best approach. Some security solutions have integrations, but I’m not sure about Vivint. I use to be with them many years ago, but left them as they were costing me too much and were very limited home automation wise… (I put the money I saved in a whole bunch of home automation devices!)

Vivint is expensive but worth it because it is my vacation home. I am currently adding automation to monitor some things not covered by Vivint. I would prefer one app but integration seems difficult.
