Was a smartthings user (connect home pro) for 9 years. 3 times rebuilt everything from scratch due to the platform glitches. past few years was ok, but ecosystem became underdeveloped and by my opinion neglegted.
So, swithched to Hubitat 8c-pro almost an year ago and transferred everything little by little. between 80 to 90 zwave and zigbee devices... nothing crazy, some automation (around 15). I am very happy with new home. Hubitat just works as expected and in reality beyond my expectaions., community forum/drivers and apps makes life super easy.
Welcome. I was a smartthings user probably 7 years ago at this point, I switched to Hubitat as a leap of faith and I've purchased multiple hubitats since (strictly cause i wanted shiny new things, not cause they broke).
They've continuously blown my expectations out of the water. I think you'll be very happy with your decision to migrate. Smartthings gave virtually no real local control in your environment and this is truly the polar opposite. And at this point, most anything you were doing in smartthings likely has a similar if not cloned application for Hubitat. Enjoy!
