Hubitat “forgets” zigbee devices

I have a C8 hubitat with an about 10 Hue Philips lights directly accessed by zigbee, every few weeks some of the devices vanish from the app.

It simply stop showing it remove from the HomeKit, and I need to go through the process to link it again with my C8 and hope it doesn’t happen again.

Also somehow my unit anything I change it shows message “failed to save” but it does save it.

Any advices how to fix this or remote support to find what’s the issue in my unit? It’s very annoying lately because it used to keep the devices for months but now it’s weeks or even days till some is missing there.

What exact hub software version are you on?
What Wifi channel is your radio on?
What channel is your Zigbee on?

Do you mean the Hubitat phone app, or by desktop access? If phone, what type of phone (Android, iOS) are you using?

Can you expand upon this a bit? Could you tell us what steps you are taking when this occurs? For example, is this when you are trying to add a device, or is it automations/rules? Again, in the app, or desktop?
