Been working on this awhile to no avail. both my wife and I have iphones. Both are using the new app. Hers is working perfectly IRT the geofence and presence.
When I leave the geofence, my app shows me outside the geofence ... but it still shows me as PRESENT in the app UNLESS I go into the GEOFENCE settings on my phone, tweak it a bit - then BINGO - it sends me the notification I set up as being "GONE" and I am properly registered as not present.
I have done all the obvious steps - ensured my location settings set to always, reinstalled the app twice, etc. Wifes phone works perfectly EVERY TIME. EVERYTIME I leave the house I have to tweak the geofence so it triggers properly both of us are gone to turn on HSM.
Need help fixing this. TIA.
