"Pull to refresh" what does pull to refresh mean?
You need to install the inbuilt Dashboard app on your Hubitat and add some devices for visibility.
"Pull to refresh" .... hmmm .... beer tap?

from your pc. go to yourhubip, then click apps on the left hand side. At top right of the page click ADD BUILT IN APP. Pick hubitat Dashboard. Click done. For most setting up, do it from a pc. Just use the app once you're done setting up dashboards. (the app sucks for anything else)

Quite correct, and very unfortunate that EVERYONE judges a smart home by the quality/ pizzaz/ ease of use/ etc. of its smart app.
This fact alone, (in my humble opinion), is the reason why many influencers and reviewers downgrade Hubitat.
That's why (again, in my humble opinion), sprucing up the Dashboard/app should have a VERY high priority.

Very true. Though to be fair I really don't even use dashboards. For programming being on a pc is much more comfortable for me. I hate tiny phone screens and my callused thumbs to program anything.
