Hubitat Connected, But Can't See It On Portal

I am a new user to both Smart Hubs and the Hubitat. I have had my hub for about 2 weeks now and have been searching across the forums for solutions to my problem, but none of them seem to apply. I put in the ethernet cable first, then the power cable, and can see that the hub is recognized and allowed access by the router. I have it attached to a Netgear C7100V Cable Modem Router. The current firmware is the most updated version (2.01.42) with a Hubitat C7. I then loaded up the portal to connect to the hub and was not able to find it via the normal search or through directly inputting the IP of the hub.

If you know the hub’s IP try navigating to it directly (http://yourHubIP/hub/registration) and complete the registration that way.

Thank you for the tip. I'm able to get to the page (http:/myHubIP) now from the portal, but following both that link and your solution resulted in a page saying: This site can't be reached myHubIP refused to connect...ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED .

What color is the LED on the hub?

It's blue right now.

Blue on a C7 normally means that the interface didn’t load. If you haven’t already put in a ticket with support, I’ll copy @bobbyD here too.

How would I send in a support ticket? Sorry, having a bit of trouble navigating the website.

Easiest way is to send an email to support@hubitat.com
