I'm currently trying to connect a Bticino K4001C device to my Hubitat C-8. Every time I go to 'Add a device' and try Zigbee pairing, it doesn't detect it. I've tried factory resetting the K4001C, I've tried rebooting the C-8, they're right next to each other, and I've even reset my Zigbee connections. I know that it can connect because it was working yesterday, but today for some reason it decided to stop connecting. Are there any ways to debug this issue? Is there a way to see whether the K4001C is sending a signal from another device that's not the Hubitat?
Are you getting any feedback when you factory reset the device (like blinking light pattern etc?) If you are and it's not pairing but was working yesterday, likely the switch went bad.
It's just a solid red light, but it was the same thing yesterday too and it connected then. It's also brand new so I would be very surprised if it's already bad.
It sounds like it's not being reset properly. I tried to look at the manual but I don't speak italian

Ok after doing a FULL reset including deregistering my device from my account it worked. I have no idea what mystical doodoo happened that made this work but it did.

You probably didn't need to do that.
