Hi Hubitat team,
My C-7 hub is in a corrupted platform state and needs a remote platform image repair. Here are the exact symptoms:
- Hub boots solid blue → solid green
- Responds to ping on LAN
- Port 8081 is open (tested with
nc -vz 192.168.7.102 8081) - Main UI does not load at
http://192.168.7.102 - Diagnostic Tool does not load at
http://192.168.7.102:8081(blank / no response) - No Ethernet link lights on the hub, even though it shows in DHCP and responds to ping
- LED stays solid green indefinitely
- Hub appears online in Eero with IP 192.168.7.102
- Tried multiple safe-mode power cycles (timed interrupt), no change
- Hub OS is clearly running, but web platform services and diag UI will not mount
This matches the known C-7 failure mode where the internal platform image or DB partition cannot mount, and a remote platform rebuild is required.
