Hubitat C-7 doesn't come up after failed upgrade from v2.2.8.156 to latest. What can I do to recover?

I tried to update my C-7, which was running 2.2.8.156 previously, the update never appeared to finish, after over an hour trying, when I tried to access it from another browser it never came up. Eventually I tried a hard boot and now it isn't coming up in my browser although the light is green. I tried going to my.hubs.ip.address:8081/ but nothing loads there either. What should I try next?

Hold the phone. It's working now. I tried fixing this for an hour last night with no luck. got up this morning, tried to access it, same result. Made my post. Then decided to try another HE reboot (although I did this a couple times last night already), and voila, appears to be working and has been updated to v 2.3.5.121. Guess it just needed a good nights rest....
