I Recently purchased a new HE. I currently have a C-4 but have not made backup to install on the new HE. I can’t get the web interface to load up and make a backup. At this point what would be the best way to install the new HE? Thanks for the help.
From what I understand the C4 hub will not migrate fully anyways to the new C-8 hub. You will have reset all zwave and zigbee devices and repair them to the C-8.
