Hey guys, when I'm on my WiFi the hubitat dashboard on the app doesn't work. When I'm off WiFi it works perfect. Someone said it might be a token issue. Can someone explain how I exactly do that. Thanks
Are you able to access the hub from a different device? Have you tried going to Settings tab, then click on Hub and select your hub again?
I had the issue for 2 days now. The mobile app did not connect - WIFI or not. The mobile app was showing an error: "Unable to locate host. No address associated with host name."
I removed and installed the app and it worked again.
Do you have your HE hub setup with a fixed IP address in your Wifi router?

Only other question I can think of is do you have just one hub or many?
@sburke781 You may be addressing Startrak140. I replied with my resolution to the same. I simply removed and reinstalled the app.
