I'm a new Hubitat user here, recently migrated from Wink. There are multiple family members in my house. If I want them to have controls for our lights from their phones, do I have them each install the same App with my userid and password, or can they have their own accounts linked to mine so that they can see all the lights and dashboards I have already created?

That's what I did, it will/can create a separate presence device for each.
You can go to portal.hubtitat.com to set up additional users.

You can also setup dashboards using the HE built-in dashboard app and the smartly skin editor
