HubInfo "Status 408 on H2 request"

C4, 2.3.9.150, ZW,ZB active thru dongle.
60 days into what has become 90 day runs before it hits 120000 i found it unresponsive with a red light.
Seems the last log entry prior to failure was a pair of HubInfo logs.
So, what is a 408?
