just got back from vacation and my hub won't boot. it failed almost immediately after I left. I've pulled the power cord for several minutes and rebooted many times now and It won't even bring up the loading screen. I am able to ping the IP, but the web interface won't load.
Any of the staff have any ideas on what to do with a dead hub? How do I initiate a support request?

Does anything come up on the http://[hubip]:8081 ? (replacing [hubip] with your actual hub ip address)
Nope. Nothing.
same issue here.. Hub is dead. Checked PS, and it has 5V out when connected to multimeter.
No lights.. nothing
Hub is less than 2 months old
