I am assuming that this message is caused by the mobile app. But I don't know for sure. Can anyone tell me what is causing this message to appear and how to prevent it? This is more of a curiosity than an immediate need.
Any chance you have an old IFTTT applet still defined that is trying to connect to your hub? Or something similar? Something is trying to connect via your cloud endpoint connection.
Also, what is app 97? These error/warning messages are "new" in that they were just exposed in the last hub firmware update (the underlying issue itself would have always been happening; now you can just see it). So, I'm not exactly sure, but I'm assuming it's the "installed app" number. In that case, if you try going to http://<your-hub-ip>/installedapp/configure/97
, you might be able to figure out more from what comes up (at least whether its IFTTT, Rule Machine, or what). If this is really the internal "app list" number (or if you had the app installed then uninstalled it and it still is trying to use that number), then nevermind.
Maybe you got it? No IFTT connections. So far no need for it yet, although that may change. If I can't get RainMachine integration running. Anyway, I DO have the following cloud-based accounts/connections:
I have a V1 Hue hub, that I can't wait to get rid of. I was using the latest Hue app which will no longer support the V1 hubs so I had to load the last V1 app and was promptly told there was a firmware update for the Hue hub. So hopefully that was it. Time will tell. The warnings just started showing up in the past couple of HE FW updates.
Other than that I currently have a Wemo account, which will soon be going away
I have also had the Life360 Connector app installed. I have removed that and all rules using it as I now use WiFi for my presence detection.
Thank you! Hopefully, that suggestion got it
These errors were always there, they just didn't show up in the log. The HE team enabled the logging in the last firmware releases to let us track those things down
I bet it is this! Did you disconnect the Life360 integration on the Life360 platform too or just removed the app from Hubitat?
FYI, this is a local integration, and it's basically one-way after setup--Hubitat periodically polls Hue for the latest state information, and that's about it. The Bridge wouldn't be trying to connect to the endpoint above, so it's probably something else you mentioned
Tried that but all I get is an Error 500 message (Same as selecting the "warn" icon in the message). Which kind of makes sense since the warning is telling me that app97 doesn't exist.
I just removed it from Hubitat. How do you disconnect it from the Life360 platform?
I am installing it right to figure out on how to remove it
I am sure it is life360, here is debug message that I get when it is installed
app:8392019-07-05 02:08:13.163 pm debugresponse webhook set data: [hookUrl:https://cloud.hubitat.com/api/token/apps/839/webhook?safetimeout=1&access_token=
As you can see, it is calling the webhook endpoint.
There is an option in your account settings when you go to life360.com and log in. You can "delete your account". That should get rid of it if you really don't use the app anymore
I know the life 360 port I've been staring at for days has method to cancel these webhook calls.
Yes won't get the same OAuth keys/endpoints though, I am not sure if it will help to install the port. The original app has been deleted removing the keys and endpoints...
Yes this thought crossed my mind as well.
Unfortunately, I do still use it (very active teenager ).
So there is no way for Hubitat to disconnect from the account other than by deleting the 360 account itself?
Before we reach out to the HE team. How long ago did you remove the Life360 from HE? I am wondering if it would be an option to take a current backup, restore an earlier backup, unregister and restore the fresh backup that we took at the beginning...
Oh no! if I understand this correctly I may have just doubled my problem
lol, did you just install Life360 and removed it again?
LOL! Maybe.....
Actually, just reinstalled it.. Haven't removed it... yet
Edit: I may not remove it the second time as I am thinking of alternative uses for the data.
You should probally reach out to support. I am sure they can figure a solution for you. Especially since this "seems" to be caused by a built in app.

It was at least 3 months ago... So I am doubting I can get the backups from that long ago.
