I am new to this coming from ISY.

I have create Hub Variables and want to run rules that say...
Mode Change to Home
and Variable = true
do steps

i can't find a way to restrict with restrictions

what am I missing?

You can use a hub variable in a Required Expression or you can use it in conditional logic. Have you read through the Rule 5.1 documentation?
