Hub variables broken action with button controller

Hi @bravenel, I have a single virtual button setup with 50 positions used for misc events about half are used and mostly setup to add/subtract from a hub variable. Today I noticed that about a dozen or so of them (not all) reported 'broken action' again. This is the second time an event like this happened; once was back when hub variables were new and now just recently. I'm on 2.3.2.141 and button controller 5.1. I didn't see anything in particular in the release notes for 2.3.3 if there was anything addressed in this area. I have been adding/editing hub variables recently (but none related to the button controller); are there any known anomalies? or hub variable operations I should avoid?

Just a simple excel sheet for reference. Literally most of the functions are just add/subtract for my blind positions, volumes, etc. I already have enough devices to scroll through so I didn't want to create a button for each function simply to reduce clutter.
