Hi, my hub keeps being unreachable, I have to cycle the power which isn't always convenient, an then wait for everything to come back, I have set a static ip in the router and it's still doing this, I need some help in fixing this issue can anyone help please
The first thing I would do is contact support via the email link and open a ticket.
They maybe able to see something.
Are you seeing any errors in live logging?
Are you using any custom apps or drivers?
Are you using Chromecast (beta)?
Has it always been like this or did you introduce something and things have started to deteriate since then?
These are the sorts of things you need to think about.

im only using fully kiosk and an ipad,
ill have a look for errors, im quite new to this,
no customer drivers
no chromecast
its done its every now and then so I searched it an it was said that I should set a static ip, which ive done, and its just done I again
I haven't added anything new lately, I have more than 40 devices on it at the moment, I want to add quite a lot more but if I cant get to the bottom of this then im stuck
