Hub unreachable

Hi, I am suddenly getting the hub unreachable message when connecting via either safari or chrome. I can ping the hub's IP address ok, I have tried connecting locally and reset the hub but no change. Is there anythinng else I can try? The hub connected perfectly when I installed it a few days ago.
