Hub/UI Unresponsive (but hub still operating)

I have 3 hubs. Two C8s and a C7. The hub in question is a C8 and running 2.3.7.142.

A few mornings ago I came downstairs, checked each of the hubs and found that I could not log into one of them. The Web page timed out and wouldn't load. It's usually very reliable with loads of up time. No zigbee restart errors etc. The only thing I've done recently is add a single matter plug and change a few things in Room Lighting etc. I pulled the plug on the hub and it's worked fine since.

This morning I have come downstairs and noticed the same thing. However I have noticed that the hub is actually working fine. It's just the login/UI that won't load. I've tried for about 30 mins. The browser (on laptop and phone) just times out. The other hubs are accessed fine. I also pinged the IP address of the hub and it gives a response, which I expected as its working as normal (other than the UI issue).

Any ideas before I pull the plug and restart?

Is the Diagnostic Menu functioning?? ( yourHubIP:8081 )

Ah, yes that works.

I could reboot the hub from here.

Any further diagnosis tasks while I am here with this problem live in front of me?

Were there any warnings in the log relating to that time such as heavy load?
