Hi All,
I'm not sure if this issue is a computer one or a hub one.
Looking at my hub time settings for some reason it is one hour slow. I've looked on Diagnostic Tool and the time matches the browser time which it shows, but the browser time shown is wrong compared to my actual computer time.
I've tried different browsers with no joy. Any idea what could be causing this?
Is there a reason youβre running GMT instead of BST?
go to settings>>localization and check your time zone
In the UK use the time zone Europe/London.
time zone is already set to Europe/London and GMT was automatically done, i didn't know it could be changed
Update:
Just noticed when i go onto the settings page of the hub the time is infact correct and is in BST
but on the diagnostic tool its an hour out and in GMT
My Diagnostic Tool shows the time in GMT as well, with is 4 hours different than my actual time. It appears that the Diagnostic tool's "Set Date and Time" feature is always in GMT. As long as your hub is performing its scheduled tasks on time, I wouldn't worry about it.
I have the exact same problem, Diagnostic tool shows the wrong hour (1 hour earlier) and seems to be the one mastering the hub clock, all the rest seems to be correct, localization, dashboard clock time, HE webi time information. And even when by any chance I manage to correct the hub clock as shown in the diagnostic tool (showing browser and hub time deviated)...soon after it "updates" and matches the browser time as identified under the same diagnostic tool and comes incorrect again.
