Hub Successfully Un-Registered, but cannot be assigned to new account

I upgraded from a C5 to a C8. Migration process was fine, once that was done I reset the radios, did a soft reset, and removed the C5 from my account. I gave it to a friend who wants to get into Hubitat.

He went to add it to his account, but is unable to as it the hub is apparently still associated with my account. Can someone please help me get this completely removed from my account?
