Hub stuck at 10% initializing


Hub has been extremely SLOW..I tried to restore a backup of my hub & it failed...kept getting error 500 after that. I unplugged hub & waited several minutes...tried it is stuck at 10% light...NO Webcore.

How does one reset a hub in this state? I have emailed support is late...will worry about it later tomorrow.


Best to wait for Hubitat Support to respond to your request... if you can’t wait, you could try a Soft Reset (don’t do a hard reset, or you’ll wipe your Zigbee and Z-Wave radios as well.)


Thanks ogiewon! I followed your instructs & soft reset..then restored from back up this morning..all is well now. Thank you. Sure was tough to get up and turn off lights & devices last night though! :slight_smile: :slight_smile:
