Hub stuck after accidental replug

My hub was accidentally unplugged and now I am unable reboot past the 30%. I have tried to restore to a different version by accessing my hub via port 8081, per a suggestion from support. However it still gets stuck on 30% regardless of the version I try to boot. Hubs been down for over a day now :frowning: . I have emailed support. I would greatly appreciate any trouble shooting suggestions anyone could toss my way.

Okay. Try booting the hub without the stick installed. Hopefully that will allow you to boot, and install the latest update, then power off, install the stick again and see if it comes up.
