Hub stopped responding twice

Today I woke up to a hub that had stopped responding to commands. No lights would turn on and my rules that turn off my HSM in the morning didn’t fire which tipped me that something was amuck. Same thing happened a few days ago. A hub reboot fixed the problem but I’m worried something systemic is wrong. I have a C5 hub that had been rock solid until it was recently updated. I hope the timing is a coincidence.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Very likely. Anything in the past logs that indicate any issues?

When it wasn't responding, what was the LED color? Could the power supply be on its last legs (LED red)? Or the ethernet cable be flaking out (LED green)?

Silly me I didn’t think to look but I will if it happens again. I have my hub plugged directly into one of my mesh router hubs so I’ll swap out the cable just to be sure.

I checked logs and I’m getting a repeating error from app 737 which is the google SDM. Not sure why.

Can you PM me the hub id? I can check engineering logs on the hub for clues.
